Mr. Kotaru Srinivasa Rao had completed his masters degree in chemistry is having about two decades of experience in pharma industry. He started his career with Shodhana Laboratories Ltd wherein he gained vast experience in drug development and the Manufacturing. Mr Kotaru has developed wide relations in the pharma industry over a period of time. As Managing director of the company, he would be looking after overall operations of the company in general and in particular he would be looking after technical and R&D activities.

Mrs Lakshmi Sowjanya Kotaru is post graduation in Bio-Chemistry, she is having about 14 years of experience in the academics. As a director of the company she would be looking after administrative and finance functions of the company.
